No Show Policy

Your spa treatmentsare reserved especially for you. I value your business and ask that you respect the spa’s scheduling policies. Should you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify me at least 24 hours in advance. Please leave enough time to get to your appointment, anticipating traffic and parking.

Please note my cancellation policy: Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a fee of 50% of the scheduled service. Clients who miss their appointments without prior notification will be charged the full amount. For same-day bookings, cancellations or no-shows will result in full charges. If you arrive late, I reserve the right to adjust the service accordingly, and you will be charged for the originally booked service. If you are more than 15 minutes late and the service cannot be completed within the allotted time, full charges will apply.  I value the time of both my clients and myself, and this policy is in place to ensure efficiency and fairness. Missed appointments not only result in a loss of business but also prevent other clients from booking during that time. Please be aware that a 6% service fee applies to all no-shows and cancellations.

It is the clients responsibility to read our policies, pre care, aftercare, contraindications and disclaimers. It is the clients responsibility to read all appointment reminders.

Please note: For your security, I do not store your full credit card information. Rather, our payment processor provides us with a secure, unique token that is encrypted and cannot be used by anyone else to charge your account.
